Fried Cauliflower & Asparagus



I made homemade beer batter and fried up some cauliflower & asparagus! With the help of my sister of course! 😅 She walked me through the batter with a few tips on frying!


I used 2 cups of flour

I happen to have a half can of beef (non alcoholic)

1 cup of water


Gradually adding the liquids while whisking.

For seasonings I honestly added whatever I thought would taste good!

salt

pepper

garlic salt

onion powder

chili powder

cayenne pepper


Whisk together for a runny consistency adding water if needed.


Dip in your cauliflower & or asparagus or whatever vegetables you have and or want to fry! ✌🏽

Add to ready to fry temperatured oil! Fry on a low medium.


Darleen’s tip: Make sure the oil isn’t too hot you want to make sure your veggies are cooking while your batter is cooking!
